Lieber Jörg
Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Überraschung gestern zu meinem
Vorgeburtstag. Ich war ja richtig perplex.
Das Essen war gewohnt hervorragend und ich weiß jetzt schon, dass wir,
als künftige Wiederholungstäter, Dich nächstes Jahr wieder aufsuchen
werden.
Ich sage Dir, Deiner Frau, Deinem süßen Sohn (auch wenn er es nicht so
richtig mitbekommt, daher kannst Du ihn herzhaft drücken) und natürlich
auch Deinen freundlichen Angestellten
auf Wiedersehen, bis zum nächsten Mal.

My wife and I visited Bohol in February and although we only spent one and a half days there, we ate at your restaurant twice…after walking around for a bit, we felt that your place had the warmth and atmosphere so decided to have dinner there…. we liked it so much that we came back for breakfast too…



The first thing that we noticed was your lovely description of naming the restaurant after your son….that is such a nice way to introduce people to your place and it made us feel instantly comfortable…



Your staff is wonderful and they made us feel completely welcome and at ease – you must make them feel very happy to work there as it is evident in their smiles and hospitality…



The food….all we can say is ‘Wow!’…..the tuna tartar and the garlic butter prawns were so amazing that we’ve taken the inspiration and attempted to replicate it twice this past month…if we could only find the real wasabi root, it would make it as good as yours however, we always fondly recall our experience at Jugali and will absolutely come again one day.



Thank you for providing us with two great meals and an experience we will always look upon with happiness.

Etwas zu spät schreibe ich, aber ich wollte mich für alles bedanken...Dein Essen vermisse ich hier in unserem Fischerdorf :\'( Bei dir hat man nach dem Essen ein Gefühl der Befriedung, des Glücks UND das wichtigste : SATT !!!
